Communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and the trailer was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for the three-day car show we attended. We had four adults in the unit—my wife and I, along with our two boys—and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortable throughout the trip. Having two bathrooms made getting ready each morning so much easier and helped keep everything running smoothly. The built-in fuel station was another huge benefit, saving me from having to haul multiple 5-gallon gas cans. It was incredibly convenient and made the entire experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about Fireside and Jack. From the initial booking to the return process, everything was straightforward and hassle-free. When we picked up the trailer, Jack provided a thorough walk-around and demonstration of how everything worked, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before heading out. It’s clear that Jack takes pride in providing a great rental experience, and it really showed. The trailer exceeded our expectations and played a big part in making our trip a success. Thank you for a fantastic experience! We would absolutely rent from Fireside and Jack again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped trailer and outstanding customer service.
